2. Billing and Payment

  • Payments will be charged to your saved payment method on the renewal date.
  • You will receive an email confirmation each time your subscription renews and your order ships.
  • If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry several times. If unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused or canceled.

3. Managing and Cancelling Your Subscription

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Pausing Your Subscription
